 Our returns, refunds and exchange policy

We want you to be really happy with your purchase. In case you're not, we'll always do our best to sort it out for you.

Your right to cancel an order placed on site www.xcwings.com

Your right to cancel an order for goods starts after you have successfully made payments through our payment gateways and place your order. The right to Cancel the Order ends 48 hours after you have received a order fulfillment and delivery email from us as per our shipping and returns policy. This 48hour period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel or retain the order. It is also understood by you that you have confirmed with xcwings through any of the modes mentioned on our contact us Page, the timeline for completing your goods order before confirming and processing payments for your orders on www.xcwings.com

 It is also understood by you that all products are made to order by our associated brands at their production units in various parts of the world which may or may not be in INDIA. That post 48 hours of receiving your order confirmation by us your order is confirmed with no refunds post that.

It is also understood by you that the order processing of your goods by the Manufacturer maybe delayed due to any reasons, that there may be delays by Shipping and customs agencies involved in the due import processes. That in such case XCWINGS shall update you of timely progress of your order, however the order cannot be cancelled due to above listed reasons neither can XCWINGS Aerosports Private Limited be held under any legal or financial liability or clause due to any physical or financial loss due to occurrence of such or any other unforeseen delays whatsoever.

Your right to a refund

No orders shall be refunded unless cancelled within 48hrs of receiving the order confirmation Email from us after you have placed an online order through www.xcwings.com. However in the event you receive a faulty item or not as described in the specifications charts of the manufacturer websites,  the order shall be replaced as per specifications committed. That the manufacturer shall be solely responsible for making such amendments to the order unless its an error that has been made by the team of XCWINGS Aerosports Private Limited.

For eg. If you purchase a Ozone Submarine Harness in Size M. But you are delivered a wrong Size of different specification i.e L… the order shall be exchanged to specified order placed by you i.e. Size M. XC Wings shall also cover the costs for shipping and transport to our return address in this event. However in exchange the same product shall be delivered but timeline shall be revised  as needed by the manufacturing brand.

Exemptions

There are some circumstances where the Consumer Contracts Regulations won't give you a right to cancel. These include CDs, DVDs or software if you've broken the seal on the wrapping, perishable items, tailor-made or personalized items, paragliders and reserves included. Also included are goods that have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery.

Exchanges

No Exchanges are accepted. Orders once placed unless cancelled or modified within 48 Hours of payment confirmation are final with no exchange or refund possibility.

Faulty goods?

If you suspect the goods you received from us may be faulty then please use the following steps to best resolve this, thank you.

Please note that if you return an item to us as faulty but it turns out not to be then this will only be frustrating for you, and you will have to pay for the shipping back and forth. Therefore it's best to double-check to be sure there is a fault first, before returning the item to us.

First, ensure that you have carefully followed all of the instructions in the user manual and on the manufacturer's website, step by step. This is especially important for instruments, which often take some getting used to. If you still cannot resolve the issue for yourself then move on to the next steps.

For instruments, since these are particularly challenging to support, due to so many variables, and the manufacturer knows their software and hardware (and the latest updates and any known issues) better than anyone, it's best for you to contact the manufacturer directly for support. Check the product page on our website for support information, or search online for the manufacturer's website and navigate to their support section.

For everything else (except instruments), please contact us (email is best) so we can offer you our support.

If the item is definitely faulty (sorry) then please return the item in the condition you received it, as instructed below, ensuring it reaches us within 14 days of you receiving the item, thank you.

Goods must be received back in their original condition

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges, or offer only a partial refund or exchange, on items that are received back damaged, soiled, incomplete or with missing or damaged packaging.

Refunding the cost of delivery

If you are within your rights to cancel or a refund then we will only refund the costs of the goods; we will not refund the delivery costs, even if your initial order did not include a charge for delivery. For the India, this may be as much as INR 6000/- for large or high-value items. For international orders, this may be much higher.

Returning items to us

You will be responsible for returning any items you wish to return for a refund or exchange to us, at the Delivery & Returns Address below. You will also be responsible for the postage and packaging costs to send replacement items to you for which you will have to pay for in advance. See the instructions below on how to return items to us.

How to return items to us

Send the item(s) for return to the package deliveries address below with:

1) The original invoice (or copy) showing invoice/order number, your full name and address.

2) A note of why you're returning the item.

Returning Items to Us
You will be fully responsible for returning any items to us, including all postage and packaging costs involved. To ensure goods reach us you should use a recorded delivery service as we will only give refunds or exchanges for goods we actually receive.

Postage and Packaging Costs
You will also be responsible for all postage and packaging costs to send the replacement items to you for which you will have to pay for in advance.

Our right to refuse non-compliant returns

That all products sold on the website www.xcwings.com shall given warranty as per the brand of the product chosen. You are to confirm the product warranties and liabilities in the event of damage due to faulty production or failure with the manufacturer through their website or by contacting them directly on their specific contact us Pages.

That XCWINGS AEROSPORTS PRIVATE LIMITED cannot be held responsible legally or financially in any manner towards a cause of any nature or liability  in the event arising due to product failure/Accidemt / loss of life or damamge to property arising due to failure of the product purchased through www.xcwings.com. That the manufacturerof the purchased products  holds the sole liability and responsibility for the goods sold by XCWINGS AEROSPORTS PRIVATE LIMITED through their website www.xcwings.com and terms of usage, warranties, legal liabilities , returns and exchanges can be confirmed through official websites of the manufacturer.
