Order fulfillment

Order fulfillment is affected by manufacturer lead time. Once your order is received you will be advised of an expected fulfillment date. You may either chose to confirm your order after contacting us. However, in the event you chose to place your order without confirming fulfilment time, the same shall be communicated to you within 4 working days.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Shipment processing is crucially dependent on manufacturer lead time.

Shipping times are calculated once the order has been fulfilled, NOT once the order has been placed.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout if within India.

Free shipping is offered on orders over Rs. 50000/- INR.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. XCWINGS shall have no legal or financial liability in the event of delays or misinformation's that maybe be arise due to shipping services used, and that you may visit the terms of liabilities and covers as per the shipping partner policies, terms of contract , contact details etc,

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive an order conformation email (as per data submitted by you on the order form) within 24 hours stating the Estimated time of order delivery and fulfillment. In the event you do not agree to the given order fulfillment timeframes you may request an order cancellation within 48hs of receiving the confirmation email from us after which the order is deemed confirmed and nonrefundable as per our Returns and Exchange Policy. once the Order is shipped to your address you will be informed through email the order tracking ID and Details for the same. You may choose to Contact Us for any help or clarification regarding your processedd order.
